How to Enroll During Open Enrollment

During the 2026 Open Enrollment period (November 3-14), you will use GHR Benefits to enroll or make changes to your benefits, update dependent information and verify or update your beneficiary designations for life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.

Step 1

CLICK HERE to Access Online Enrollment.

Step 2

Select Open Enrollment from the Quick Links Menu.

Step 3

Follow the Onscreen Instructions to Enroll or Update your 2026 Coverage Elections.

Step 4

Click on Submit.

Step 5

PRINT a copy of your Open Enrollment Confirmation.

Important Information for Q4 2025 New Hires & Associates Newly Eligible for Benefits

Because of the timing of when your benefits become effective in 2025, you will need to enroll in benefits twice in the upcoming weeks - once to choose your benefits for the remainder of 2025, and once to choose your benefits for 2026. Read this flyer for details.
