Team Member Referral

For every new team member referred, team members will be eligible to earn a $100 incentive. All team members who are actively working are eligible to participate.

How It Works

Step 1

Refer a candidate: Active team members will let the candidate applying know their team member number. Candidates must also be sure to let the hiring manager know they were referred.

Step 2

If the candidate is hired, they must complete 30 days of active employment.

Step 3

Once the new team member completes 30 days of employment, the team member who was listed as the referrer will receive a $100 incentive.

Important Notes

Ensure the candidate marks that their source is Team Member Referral on their application.

The referral must be filled out correctly upon hire, once a candidate has been hired on, we cannot go back and change the source.
