Accident Insurance
Accident insurance provides financial support if you suffer an injury or death due to a covered accident.

- Dislocations
- Burns
- Eye injuries
- Lacerations
- Coma
What You Receive
Amount depends on the injury and level of care you need. Voluntary accident insurance is offered through Unum. This plan has limitations and exclusions and DOES NOT replace your medical plan.

Accident Insurance Benefit
Every year, each family member who has Accident coverage can also receive $50 for getting a covered Be Well Benefit screening test, such as:
- Annual exams by a physician including sports physicals, well-child visits, dental, and vision exams
- Screenings for cancer, including pap smear and colonoscopy
- Cardiovascular function screening
- Screening for cholesterol and diabetes
- Imaging studies, including chest X-rays, mammography
- Immunizations including HPV, MMR, tetanus, influenza
